Powersports Technician

Adventure Motors is a full-service dealership located in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, representing industry leading suppliers in powersports, marine and RVs including Can-Am/Seadoo/Skidoo, Kawasaki, Legend, Mercury and Forest River.

**Job Overview**:Adventure Motors is seeking an experienced powersports technician specializing in various types of recreational vehicles to help us provide a high-level of customer support in the service department.

**Key responsibilities for this position include**:

- Assembly, maintenance, and repair of various types of equipment including Seadoos, outboard motors, ATV's, SxS, motorcycles, etc.
- Complete all necessary training specified by management and/or the brands that we represent

**Required skills and education**:

- Experienced small engine/powersports mechanic
- Strong mechanical ability and knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of recreational marine repairs and maintenance is a major asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to a safe workplace
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift experience an asset

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $17.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
