**Wellness Team**

We are seeking welcoming, community-minded, and highly organized individuals to join our team at HAVN Saunas. The individuals will be responsible for greeting members and guests, answering phone calls, and assisting visitors with check ins and retail payment. The role also includes cleaning and stocking our change rooms, organizing laundry, attending to the experience area and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members and guests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Check members in and out using our front of house computer system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of membership and facility usage.
- Clean showers, floors and bathrooms
- Organize laundry
- Stock retail and cleaning products
- Skim pools, ensure safety of all guests

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours:

- Shifts are from 3:15-10:15pm all evenings except Tuesday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
