Bridgewater Brewery is a small business in Welland, ON L3C 1H9. We are professional, fast-paced, and social.

Our brewery and taproom are located here in quaint downtown Welland, ON along the recreational canal. All beers are brewed onsite and our taproom also offers crafty cocktails, wines and a creative food menu.

Pizza Cook

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas on stone oven according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering orders as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role preferred
- Previous experience using Stone Oven preferred
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welland, ON L3C 1H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
