Trainer- Cleaner

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct a 2-hour training session every week for new and existing cleaning staff.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Emphasize safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide guidance on effective time management and efficient cleaning practices.
- Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry standards and integrate new practices into the training program.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on trainee progress and program effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory or training role at least 10 years
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.
- Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in cleaning or sanitation (preferred but not required).
**Working Hours**:
- 2 hours per week, with flexibility to schedule the training sessions based on staff availability.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
Pay: $19.56-$23.56 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
