We are looking for someone who can come to the Havres des Cantons and Vilia Rock Forest residence to take care of apartment rentals.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote related services available
- Provide unparalleled customer service
- Respond to potential customers
- Responsible for renting available housing units
- Schedule from Sunday to Thursday

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- French and English essential
- Knowledge of seniors' residences, a major asset
- Car to move between the 2 residences
