- **Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for repairs and maintenance of designated areas
- Regular check & inspection of food processing equipment in accordance with Health & Safety Procedures
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a regular basis; inspects belts; checks fluid levels, replaces filters, etc.
- Procuring proper parts as instructed
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Responsible for installing, dismantling, repairing, reassembling, and moving machinery in our food processing line.

- Shift : Requirement: (Rotational Shift ) Days, Aft, Mid-Nights including weekends
- Compensation: Starting rate as $25-$28 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food Manufacturing is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Food Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- Mechanical engineering: 2 years (required)
- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
