Volunteer Marshal

**Overview of Program**:
Join the Ambassador Rewards Program (ARP) at GolfNorth Properties Inc. and enjoy
golf-related privileges in exchange for volunteering your time and effort. Marshals are expected
to work once weekly at the same designated shift time.

**Job Description / Duties**:

- Assist around the pro shop with tasks such as cart maintenance, player services, event

preparation, and customer inquiries.
- May assist with on-course tasks like setup, divot repair, ball mark repair, and pace of

play.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors and managers.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to employee dress code and conduct standards.
- Represent GolfNorth Properties Inc. in a positive manner at all times.
- Ambassadors required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

**Smart Serve Certification**:

- All Ambassadors must be Smart Serve Certified.
- Certification cost is the responsibility of the Ambassador.
- Mandatory for participation in the program.

**Ambassador Program Privileges / Compensation**:

- Playing privileges commence upon completion of all program requirements.
- Discounts on green fees and carts at home and other GolfNorth courses.
- Playing privileges during designated times.
