Edmonton, Canada AWG Northern Distribution Ltd Full time

A.W.G. Northern Distribution Ltd, a major distributor of glass products throughout Northam B.C. and Alberta requires a Class 1 Truck Driver with Clean Abstract - To be based out of **EDMONTON**. Meal allowance provided.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 1 driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract
- Provide excellent customer service, load, and unload on deliveries and pick-ups
- Complete pre and post trip inspections, and follow commercial driving regulations
- Safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of dock doors, within and between facility buildings
- Daily inspection of truck; Monitor truck condition and communicate with the manager when repairs are required
- High level of personal integrity and strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor under stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in loading and unloading the shipments
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Over Nights Stay and availability
