Maintenance Team Member

Halifax, Canada Northpoint Properties Full time

**This position requires use of your own vehicle to access multiple locations.**

In this role, you will perform general maintenance in apartment building common areas as well as renovation work during apartment turnovers. As a member of our maintenance team, your initial tasks will be to create a safe and well maintained environment for residents. You will be responsible for general building maintenance including painting, minor drywall repairs, basic electrical and plumbing tasks and general carpentry.

A successful applicant must have a positive attitude, good problem solving skills, the ability to lift heavy items and will work well in a team environment or independently.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: In person
