**Positions Available**:MPD Supervisor**
- **MPD **_**Supervisor Job Description and Position Overview**:
The current available positions we are required to fill will also provide an excellent opportunity to work on various job sites throughout Alberta and B.C. with a high probability of some other work opportunities arising for those interested in the States and other international locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of MPD operations on land-based job sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, drilling teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the MPD team, including MPD Technicians and other personnel.
- Develop and implement MPD strategies and procedures to optimize drilling performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports of MPD activities, including operational data, safety incidents, and equipment performance.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and drills to ensure all team members are well-prepared and informed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during MPD operations, ensuring mínimal downtime and operational disruptions.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings, providing expert input on MPD capabilities and requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, advancements, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of MPD technology and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in MPD operations, with a focus on land-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of MPD equipment, systems, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote locations and adapt to varying job site conditions..
- Valid certifications relevant to MPD operations and safety.
- Proficient in using MPD software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of Canadian safety regulations and industry standards in the oil and gas sector.

**Deadline for Applications: June 14, 2024**

Pay: $325.00-$800.00 per day

- ECKVILLE, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSO (Common Safety Orientation) (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
