**Required Qualifications**:

Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a stressful acute fast paced hospital setting and effectively resolve conflict. Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently organize and prioritize workload. Ability to be self-directed and exercise independent decision making and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Recent 1 year experience preferred in an Acute Psych Hospital setting.
