**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Design** and write an engaging introductory STEM **curriculum** that aligns with educational standards, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking.
- **Develop** fun and interactive **projects** that allow students to explore STEM concepts through hands-on learning experiences.
- Create detailed **lesson plans**, including objectives, instructional strategies, assessments, and the necessary materials for each lesson.
- Produce supplementary materials such as worksheets, activity guides, and multimedia **resources** to support project-based learning.
- **Stay current** on trends in STEM education and incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the curriculum.
- **Communicate** effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish a system for assessing the curriculum’s effectiveness and iteratively improve it based on feedback from teachers and students.
- Provide training and support for educators on how to implement the curriculum effectively, focusing on project-based learning techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with kids is preferred
- Proven experience in writing, content development, or instructional design is preferred.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop engaging, fun projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Familiarity with project management principles to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $17.63-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
