**Responsibilities**:

- Skillfully oversee all dimensions of assigned projects, inclusive of budget management, timeline adherence, and strategic resource allocation.
- Employ effective communication strategies to engage with clients, diligently gathering requirements and ensuring the triumphant execution of projects.
- Foster close collaboration with our accomplished design and development teams to orchestrate the attainment of project objectives.
- Nimbly address any challenges or complexities that may arise during the project lifecycle, leveraging your sound judgment and expertise.
- Leverage your mastery of Adobe Illustrator, web design, WordPress, and rudimentary graphics work to craft essential project materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Accumulated experience of a minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within the IT or design sector.
- Adeptness in client communication and the nurturing of robust professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, web design, WordPress, and essential graphics tasks.
- Exceptional organizational prowess, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage small, dynamic teams effectively.

**Employment Information**:

- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Compensation: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
- Benefits: Casual dress, Company events, Discounted or free food, On-site parking, Flexible work hours
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in French not required
- Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Daytime hours
- Additional Compensation: Bonus pay, Overtime pay

**Education & Experience**:

- Preferred Education: Secondary School
- Preferred Experience: 3 years of project management experience

**Work Location**:
This position requires in-person work at our Windsor, ON location.
