**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all site activities in order to meet schedule in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and Contracts;
- Ensure project materials and workmanship meet building code, project quality standards and design requirements;
- Engage Project Manager and senior management of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving such conflicts or issues;
- Establishing and conducting of site meetings;
- Schedule and conduct site inspections for upcoming, ongoing and finalized projects;
- Educate customers about our products, services and best practices;
- Provide weekly updates and meetings on project status;
- Complete company reports as required;
- Work with contracting companies in order to get supplies, equipment and additional labour to meet construction schedule;
- Orders construction material from suppliers as required;
- Ensure to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite;
- Inspect the work site continuously to ensure all staff and trades partners abide by Worksafe regulations and Artisan’s Health & Safety Policies;
- Attend all health and safety committee meetings;
**Qualifications**
- Must be able to read and thoroughly understand Architectural and Structural drawings and reports,
- Ability to assist with site review and development of staging plan as it pertains to utilities, access, public protection, material deliveries, staging, hoist and crane location, site offices and other related requirements.
- Must have current knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations;
**Education and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, and/or journeyperson status in related trades is preferred.
- Minimum one year of construction supervision experience required
- Effective Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
