Thermoforming Operator

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Operate thermoforming and printing machinery to produce printed cups according to job specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assemble printed materials as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
- Assist with inventory management

**Skills**:

- Problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Able to lift 35-40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for extended periods of time.
- Willing to work in areas of heat and humidity.
- Must wear all required protective equipment (PPE).
- Required to work in areas with high noise levels.
- Proficiency in operating print machinery and understanding print processes
- Experience with quality inspection techniques to maintain high standards of output
- Knowledge of logic controllers for equipment operation
- Ability to use hand tools for maintenance and adjustments
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling
- Understanding of CNC machining processes
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Familiarity with lathe operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
