**About the Job**

Searidge Technologies, a global leader and preferred partner for Remote Tower and Digital Airport Solutions is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Sales who is ready to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment. It is a high-energy position which requires a winning can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish new business relationships with global prospects in the air traffic control (ATC) and Airport markets
- Identify and manage new sales opportunities
- Develop and Manage the sales team to achieve corporate sales objectives
- All human resources management associated with the sales team
- Retain and grow existing accounts by establishing trust-based relationships
- Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives in order to match their needs to Searidge services
- Work closely with the Searidge engineering managers to ensure customer expectations are being managed
- Stay up to date with innovation in the market
- Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years experience in a technology sales environment.
- Experience with air traffic control and/or airports would be an asset
- Proven success in a sales role in a technology environment.
- Extensive experience in leading and developing responses to both private and public tenders.
- Extensive experience managing multi-year program-level sales opportunities
- Proven success leading a sales team
- Possesses strong relationship-building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty
- Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in applicable fields of studies
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
