Dock Installer

**Position: Dock Installer / Shop Assistant**
**Start Date: April 2023**

Your role at Seaco will be to fill orders and assemble dock systems by following both shop blueprints/drawings and the shop managers instructions. In addition to this you will be part of the install team. Installations consist of the delivery of dock systems (both by land or water) and connecting it to shoreline.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Works assembling dock systems
- Follows health and safety guideline provided
- Identifies concerns as they may arise and inform shop manager
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings (training available)
- Familiarity working with power tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- Maintains a clean workspace
- Eager to learn
- Other duties as may be required
- Available for occasional overtime work

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License (preferred)
- Valid Boaters License
- Experience towing a trailer (preferred)
- Experience operating a forklift (preferred)
- Experience operating a boat (preferred)
- Experience operating a skid steer (preferred)

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
