**Job Objective: Manual Osteopathic Practitioner**

- Obtain health history from new patients, including both general health, lifestyle, diet, and specific/current symptoms.
- Assess the patient's general posture by doing a physical examination using palpation to identify restriction and tension on muscles, joints, and spine.
- Provide treatment using their hands, a mixture of gentle and manipulative techniques, stretching, joint mobilization, and osteopathic manipulation.
- Develop treatment plans with patients and create lifestyle and dietary recommendations.
- Communicate with ICBC, insurance companies, health care practitioners, and other members of the team about your patient’s needs.
- Document and chart patient’s progress and provide medical information upon request via full access to electronic charting software.
- Works with other practitioners as needed to ensure the patient receives the best quality care.

**Qualifications**:

- A member in good standing of respective Osteopathic Associations.
- CRMO association/ NMOS association
- Eligible to legally work in BC, Canada
- Must have professional liability insurance with full coverage.
- Has a positive attitude towards work and thrives in a team environment.
- Willing to share our values and engage in clinic culture.
- The ability to speak other languages is an asset (e.g. Korean, Mandarin, and Cantonese)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- COQUITLAM, BC V3J 2R5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Osteopathic Associations CRMO / NMOS association) (required)
