About Us

We opened for business in 2015 primarily focused on the chimney repair industry, but since then have diversified the scope of projects we bid to include approximately 50% residential and 50% commercial repairs and installations. Our residential operations today include brick facing removal and replacement, steel lintel replacement, flashing replacement, waterproofing, fireplace repair and installation, custom fireplace building, wood stove repair and installation, chimney repair and sweeping. Our commercial operations include vehicle impact repair, waterproofing / flashing replacement,

We are looking to fill long term positions with individuals interested in learning the masonry trade, doing quality work, and promoting healthy work culture.

Applicant Requirements
- Ability to safely and comfortably work at heights, either from scaffolding or on a roof, between ground level and 40'.
- Ability to work an undefined schedule depending on the weather.
- Must have working mobile phone with ability to take/make calls and send/receive text messages.
- Must have reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work sites.
- Ability to be on time at job site for 8:00am on a daily basis, and occasionally meet at our shop in Cow Bay for 7:30am
- Must be able to lift / move 100lbs.
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team toward a common goal.
- Desire to become a red seal certified mason and/or WETT certified technician

Job Duties
- Loading and unloading trucks/trailers of materials/equipment neatly and efficiently.
- Assisting in building scaffolding.
- Assisting in demolition of existing infrastructure.
- Mixing mortar, concrete and other cementous materials.
- Stocking masons with brick, stone or other masonry units.
- Cutting/sawing masonry units.
- Assisting masons in their scope of work (grinding mortar joints, tooling mortar joints, installing mechanical tie systems, waterproofing).
- Cleaning work areas of completed projects.
- Assisting in installation of wood burning appliances.
- Assisting in cleaning wood stoves and chimneys.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
