**The Partnership Acquisition Assistant** will report to the Business Development Manager and will have the following roles:

- Assist the business development team in seeking new business opportunities
- Make cold calls in a professional and persuasive manner in order to generate appointments with the Business Development Manager
- Publish new partners online and guarantee their full integration within the distribution network
- Manage administrative requests for existing customer accounts
- Generate reports and update the CRM
- Generate partnership agreements
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials

This role is mainly remote and based on **35h/week**

**Necessary skills**:

- University or college degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- Prior experience in a sales support or business development role, preferably in the restaurant, spa or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in French and English (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mastery of IT tools and customer relationship management software (CRM HubSpot, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Our offer:

- Base salary starting at 45 000$ per year + bonuses
- Work schedule based on 35 hours per week
