X-ray Technician

Full job description
- Diploma (Degree) in Radiography from an accredited institution preferred
- Must be a registered member of CMRITO in good standing
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team player
- Demonstrates the ability to work under minimum supervision

Daily duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Perform daily X-ray exams according to standards and procedures
- Explaining the procedure to the patient and answering any questions presented
- Obtaining informed consent
- Ensuring correct patient identification and clinical history
- Ensuring the exposure factors are recorded
- Adhering to infection control policies
- Adequate density and contrast on exposed image; corrective action is taken if required
- Performing Quality Control procedures

37.5 hours per week

Schedule:Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:00pm, Friday 8:30-2:30pm

**Salary**: $ 30.00-34.00 per hour


**Salary**: $27.63-$40.55 per hour

- X-Ray: 1 year (preferred)
