Location: Nova Scotia

**Mission**:
Ensures the link between the project plans and the ground reality, from the establishment phase to the as-built plan of the job, in support of Operations and the Design Office.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Establishes surveys** of the physical (boundary marking, tonometric, altimetric, interior, location), legal and land characteristics (demarcation of land estates, co-ownership) of the land to be developed.
- ** Carries out the site visit **by highlighting specific points with the help of the site layout
- ** Creates the topographic and layout plans of the works**
- ** Establishes the project points** on the ground on the basis of the execution plans and maintains them until the end of the job
- ** Provides advice** based on an active monitoring of geographical, topographical, legal and regulatory developments.
- ** Closure of the file**: carries out a survey of the works carried out and draws up the executed works document (as-built drawing/EWD)
- ** Possibly supervises **technical surveyors, topographers, etc.
- May possibly have the responsibilities of the Head of Technical Research (mixed profile)

**Profile**:

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience
- Significant experience in the building and construction works topography
