Treasury Analyst

Review, approve and release electronic disbursements
- Complete ownership of all the bank accounts and report to the management on a consistent basis about the incoming funds, payments and balances
- Record daily, weekly and monthly cash position to keep a clear track of the fund movement
- Update the clients’ ledger on a daily basis in the in-house service site and reconcile any differences
- Oversee the cash management process and document the cash and banking process
- Identify efficiencies and implement process improvements
- Perform multiple batching of funds with a processor
- Communicate with the program managers about the expected/ received funding and get approvals with management on the next steps

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- 2 to 3 years of experience a similar role
- Team player who works well independently and with others
- Intermediate excel skills
- Solid communication skills and the ability to interact well with executives
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and can maintain confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Business or accounting degree or diploma

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
