Skilled Labour Job Summary

Schembri Property Management specializes in developing and operating rental accommodations within

Southwestern Ontario. We dedicate ourselves to provide quality, worry free, safe and affordable housing rentals to our tenants.

Schembri Property Management is seeking dedicated Skilled Labourers to join our team based out of our corporate head office located in Cambridge. Reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor, these individuals will be responsible for assisting in the completion of special construction/maintenance projects by providing skilled labour.

Construction Project

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in completing projects/repairs involving carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Assist other skilled labourers
- Support the Construction Supervisor as required

**Requirements**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of construction
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- 2+ years of general construction experience
- Comfortable using both power and hand tools
- Pay: $22-28/hr.
- Must have a valid drivers license and daily access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
