The Production Associate responsibilities are:
**JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Be punctual and on time for shift work (start time, breaks, end time).
- Proactively contribute to the best practices of production within area.
- Ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
- Working with têxtiles and different plastics.
- Light Manufacturing and assembly environment
- When applicable, suggest ideas or improvements to the workflow in your area.
- Work with your supervisor and team to ensure products are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure inventory is kept organized and labelled in your area and in cooperation with your supervisor.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- High School Diploma;
- Must be conscientious of quality control for finished products;
- Must have a team spirit to accomplish final goals and work cooperatively with others;
- Attention to detail is essential;
- Must be flexible to work on various tasks as required;
- Individual must be safety oriented;
- Individual must be conscientious and reliable;
- Able to take and follow instructions;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Effective communication
- Prior experience in production and assembly (preferred)

Should be able to use tools (saw/impact/drills)

**Working Conditions**:
There is low risk of exposure to fumes, noxious odors, dusts, lighting extremes or any other adverse working conditions.

PPE required for any factory activity.

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
