Are you a current university graduate looking to kick-off your career in Sales? Are you interested in building a career in the wine & spirits industry? This could be a great fit for you We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Mark Anthony Wines and Spirits team on Vancouver Island who will be responsible for front line management of accounts and programs at retail and licensees.

**What You'll Do**:

- Merchandising_
- Build displays, arrange shelves, and ensure correct pricing to maximize promotions
- Stock, face, and maintain company merchandise at accounts
- Take opportunities to creatively and effectively showcase company brands at account locations
- Sales Promotions_
- Assist the Field Sales Representative and Sales Manager with sales programs and initiatives
- Assist the Field Sales Representative and Sales Manager in special tasting and promotional events as required
- Run on-premise night promotions within an account base to increase visibility and sales of brands
- Communicate current selling activities including LTO’s, new products, display opportunities to all customers
- Administration_
- Maintain clear and open communication with Field Sales Representative and Sales Manager regarding account activity, promotions, merchandise, and stock
- Interact positively with customers to build long-term sales relationships
- Other related duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service
- Ability to work **40 hours per week, Monday - Friday**:

- Serving It Right
- Current valid Class 5 Provincial Drivers' license
- Ability to work with little/no supervision
- Strong communication skills
