**Job Overview**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Familiarization with all company and project specific HSES terms, requirements and project deliverables.
- Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance.
- Ensuring HSES plans, procedures and instructions are implemented
- Facilitation of project HAZID’s and other risk reviews
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking
- Assist in HSES Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable
- Assist in preparation of project HSES audit plans and conducting of audits
- Conducting reviews and audits of vessels, facilities or projects
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project HSES Activity Plans
- Assist in the initiation of HSES training needs analysis and coordination of implementation
- Provide SME support to company QHSES training department to include development and delivery
- Overseeing developed plans to meet project Objectives, Targets and Goals aligned to the Area
- Leading or participating as SME in Incident Investigations and reporting as applicable.
- Assist in the Review/Approval of subcontractors and vendors for equipment and services
- Conduct regular site or facility reviews
- Other duties connected with the HSES function, as directed by Supervisor or Manager, HSES

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 15 + years within the Energy Industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Ability to work as a team member as well as act as team leader.
- Have wide experience with technical activities, including on and offshore operations.
- Maintain key competencies associated with the HSES function
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken. Be conversant with local and international HSES laws, codes, regulations and norms.
