The Professional Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning & maintaining our Head Office and plants within the same location.

**Competencies**:

- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Keep bathrooms fully stocked, refill all dispensers to normal limits
- Mopping, sweeping and vacuuming of the floors
- Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
- Clean kitchens and including removing all recycling to the designated area and to the proper waste stream
- Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
- Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
- Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins in the designated areas
- Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**:

- Experienced in large scale office cleaning with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability
- Must be able to provide and maintain basic cleaning supplies.
- Available to work consistent evening shifts
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Positive and professional attitude
