We are seeking a PSW or DSW to work with a client in Keswick. The proposed shift is 12pm-4pm. We are looking for part-time to full-time staff that has a flexible schedule and their own vehicle.

Job Benefits:

- Accompany client on outings and drive them to appointments/errands
- Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, personal care, feeding and any other services outlined in the care plan
- Review care plan and follow outlined instructions
- Responding to all emergency situations
- Provide excellent care and companionship to client
- All other duties, as assigned

**Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to**:

- PSW or DSW certification
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
- Vulnerable sector screen and satisfactory professional reference
- Ownership of reliable vehicle and valid car insurance
- Previous experience caring for someone with a traumatic brain injury is an asset
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters
