**Position Expectations**:

- Delivering an outstanding first impression at our reception, whether interacting in person or handling phone inquiries.
- You will meet customer expectations through outstanding customer service and sales.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the showroom, displays, supplies & boardroom.
- Responsible for following established opening and closing procedures of the showroom.
- Manage and organise office files, documents, and records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in processing receivables and payable.
- Support all sales and marketing efforts including amusements, tents, décor and seasonal activities.
- Experience in a showroom environment providing excellent client services
- Ability to learn and use our rental software
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for perfection; self-motivated; exceptionally organised; thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
- Superior organisational skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Showroom sales: 1 year (preferred)
