**Objective**:
To contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing support, and upholding quality standards for the kitchen.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handles duties that are routine such as operating, cleaning and maintaining the dishwashing equipment, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and sanitary.
- Assists Cooks by completing assigned prep work to support the kitchen team with regular service and banquet event preparation when required.
- Adheres to Coast standards when completing tasks.
- Ensures the safety and security of the property, the ambassadors and guests when completing duties.
- Stocks supplies.
- Ensure health and safety practices followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education & Qualifications**:
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Perform duties efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Works cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Food Safe and WHMIS training.
