**Field Service Technician**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Installation, troubleshooting and repair of large food processing equipment

Machine Operation, Machine maintenance and sanitation, personnel training in-house and at customer facilities, In-house and in-field demonstrations

Equipment pre-delivery and setup preparation

Rebuilding, repair, and preventative maintenance of customer machines in-house and in the field

Building maintenance and general housekeeping duties

**Qualifications and Skills**

Associates degree, equivalent technical training, or appropriate hands-on experience in electronics, AC/DC drives and inverters, PLCs, and electro-mechanical systems Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems (10 plus years of experience)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively throughout Canada and the continental United States, including weekends on short notice

Fluency in French a plus but not mandatory
