**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Sales - contact customers for PO's for material, issue SO's for BMP, create deliveries and post goods issue of materials. Manage and issue credit memos. Maintain customer pricing records, ensuring pricing is accurate in system, and update as required. Ensure proper follow-up with customers.
- Key supplier direct contact, manage ECR relationship, target areas, demand, and bids including contracts with in-depth market analysis.
- General bookkeeping for all BMP plants’ Recycling raw materials. Manage delivery weight, pricing, and material accuracies compared to plant request. Invoice validation prior to weekly payment.
- Review and deliver NCR reports of bale and raw material supplier to ECR.
- Purchasing - Issue all non-maintenance PO's for BMP and obtains proper approval. Maintain a record of PO's with receiving documents attached.
- Logistics - Through supply chain, arrange outbound and inbound deliveries of material. Ensure product availability and arrange carrier pickups. Maintain weekly inbound chart for bale and other material purchases. Stay within weekly spending limits and inventory demand. Manage daily schedule of BMP assigned drivers and secure inbound pickups for chemicals and supplies. Resolve any schedule issues including load errors and pickup misses.
- Analyze, and chart yield data (supplied from plant staff) summaries to show management team trends daily and develop best purchasing lanes.
- Manage Bale and other materials inventory and determine purchasing plan for volume. Complete and maintain MRF cost analysis with yield and freight included.
- Grow direct contact with MRFs and build relationship to foster independence from 3rd party suppliers.
- Track all material stock levels and order when necessary to maintain inventories.
- Manage and move recyclable inventories from all IRS locations to BMP and/or other recyclers.
- Track all Ice River recycled material movements and report scrap number by plant to sustainability manager.
- Work with Purchasing, Quality and Operations to ensure both physical and admin control of trials materials incoming to the business, maintain accurate logs detailing the progress of trials and report results to interested parties.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:

- 2-4 years of planning experience at a plant level, in a consumer products/manufacturing environment.
- Post Secondary Degree combined with strong excel skills.
- High energy with a strong bias for action and results to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced business environment.
- Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Operating Skills: strong analytical background with highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to relate to others in a professional and friendly manner. Ability to relate to diverse groups of employees at all levels, strong active listening skills with the ability to understand multiple points of view.
