Within the framework of the IT and ITS PPM Solution project, the client is looking for an expert in the Microsoft PPM tool to provide support during the implementation phase of this project.
- Advise the project team on best practices for the use of PPM and recommend parameterization changes, if required;
- Create PPM user guides in the client's context ("step by step" type);
- Support a specialized firm in the creation of training content by providing the content;
- Prepare and deliver introductory training on the Microsoft PPM tool;
- Support project controllers and project managers in the creation or transfer of a first project plan in PPM;
- Follow up with users to ensure understanding of the tool and procedures;
- Recommend adjustments to be made to the parameterization of the tool as it is gradually put into use.

Does this sound like you?
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management or project control experience, including at least three (3) years of extensive use of the Microsoft PPM tool;
- Advanced functional experience with the Microsoft PPM tool, i.e., demonstrating proficiency in the parameterization of the tool, having served in an administrator role or having participated in the implementation of the tool from a functional perspective;
- Relevant experience in creating user documentation;
- Experience in training;
- Good teacher and ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm in a training context;
- Thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite, the O365 environment, including SharePoint and Teams, and, of course, Microsoft PPM;
- Fluency in French, functional knowledge of English, spoken and written;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
