Job Description: Book Keeper / Parts Counter

**Responsibilities**:

- Great customers and find Parts they require
- Oversee and manage all administrative and operational activities of the office
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Experience**:

- Ability to work with accounting software ( quickbooks )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to drive forklift an asset
