Here's what you'll be doing....

As part of a fantastic entrepreneurial team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and train on various embroidery and digital printing processes. You’ll work with all aspects of custom order garment production and operate embroidery machines.

We’d like you to be available to work approximately 25 - 35 hours weekly. Our Campus Outfitters business operates year-round and we offer flexible scheduling including early morning, and late afternoon shifts along with weekend day shifts. We are located at Dufferin Street and Steeles Avenue with easy access to TTC.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Prepare garments for decoration
- Operate the equipment in compliance with quality and safety standards
- Decorate garments using embroidery, printing or heat transfers
- Perform regular production quality control
- Unpack, tag and pack product; maintain the storage space
- Assist supervisor with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

- High school graduate, or combination education/experience
- 1-2 years’ production experience is preferable, willing to train

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized; attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 notably Outlook, Excel and Word
- Energetic; you thrive in a team environment
- Move/lift cartons/product weighing up 25 kg
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning is highly valued - a growth mindset
