Lumper/container Unloader

We are looking to grow our Canada Lumper Services team This position would have a potential start date of January 15th 2024, due to change based on customers needs.

This position would start at one location and grow to multiple in an around the Montreal area. Teams and Solo workers welcomed.

**Please note this position is not an immediate start.**

**Experience Lumpers are highly regarded, communication and reliability is key.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to lift up to 50lbs +
- Sort products between sku's
- Offload and build pallets according to customer specifications
- Shrink Wrap pallets
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment ( **When needed**)
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous Lumping experience is **highly regarded**:

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and other mechanical equipment safely and efficiently ( **Not required, but an asset**)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay will not be at an hourly rate, but container rate. This will be discussed if chosen for an interview.

**Salary**: $14.25-$34.84 per hour
