**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Nail Salon Supervisor **to join our team at **353 Provencher Blvd #4, Winnipeg, MB R2H 0G8. **If As a Salon Surpervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Provide customer service
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Organize and coordinate production
- Handle emergency situations
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Resolve work-related problems
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor quality and production levels
- Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Perform waxing, body care/treatments, skin care, and nail art techniques
- Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
