Mike’s Appliance Service Inc.
Appliance repair, installation and gas fitting company.

We are seeking experienced service technicians. Specialized training will be provided. Also looking for trainees with no direct experience required. We understand the importance of everyone finding their own work life balance, we try to accomodate however we can including flexible hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Order and install parts needed to repair machines
- Manage inventory on service truck
- Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical systems
- Create invoices and take payments
- Other duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with trades work or customer service
- Good mind for troubleshooting, ability to be taught to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, ability to read a schematic.
- G3 or G2 gas fitting license is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
