**JOB SUMMARY**

Our Fleet Coordinator is tasked with coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs, off-scheduled repairs, maintaining running records of all claims, road test and train drivers following corporate Standard Operating Procedures and support our Operations and Safety & Compliance Teams on a daily basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review pre-trips and messages, pictures and coordinate repairs
- Maintain running records of all claims
- Forward reports to compliance if it involves preventable driver incidents
- Road test and train Company Drivers and Owner Operators (Local and Highway)
- Truck inspections
- Assist with Fleet Insurance renewals
- Work order entries and billing for Mobile Truck Program
- Prepare monthly repair and maintenance reports on all Company Trucks
- On call for repairs and breakdowns for emergencies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge (Heavy Duty)
- Proficient Microsoft user - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Supply chain experience an ass
