Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers to understand their projects and needs so we can supply them with the correct and best tools for their job or project.
- Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and effective product presentations.
- Provide effective customer service before, during and after the sale.
- Be exceptional at creating and building long-lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked, inventoried, and displayed.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Be passionate and stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced ability to understand and communicate.
- Proven experience as a salesperson in the industrial retail sector, preferably in the tool industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Availability to work full-time schedule, be punctual, and reliable.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
