Responsible for Pre & Post Buy America, Pre & Post Canadian Content, Price Testing & Yearend Count.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Responsible for preparing Pre and Post Buy America Analysis & audits for Transit and Coach.
- Responsible for preparing Pre and Post Canadian Content Analysis & audits for Transit and Coach.
- Audits included: Request, pull invoices/quotes for Buy America audits.
- Responsible for requesting/updating/maintaining Buy America certificates & Buy Canadian certificates.
- Responsible for filing related to Buy America and Canadian Content.
- Assist with Running inventory and WIP adjustment report daily and monitor costing programs and check for error completion.
- Assist with costing tasks upon requests.
- Support Costing team and Financial Reporting team with tasks upon requests
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Requires having a high School diploma or College Diploma or equivalent accounting work experience.
- 1-2 years accounting work experience.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and works in a fast-paced work environment.
- Accurate computer skills and calculating abilities.
- Experience with Oracle is asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Quick learner with ability to multitask, reliable and accountable.
- Good Communication and teamwork skills.
