**Requirements**:

- Experience as a carpentry technician / construction worker is not required but would be considered an asset
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently with a mínimal supervision as well as with a team
- Must be able to handle physical tasks as they arise (such as lifting/moving heavy objects)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with supervising building manager to complete construction project tasks as assigned.
- Construction and Renovation Work: Perform a wide range of construction and renovation tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs, to meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinating with management on weekly/daily meetings regarding various projects and completed work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-50 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
