Site Security Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Valid Security License
- OFA 1 Certification
- AST or Use of Force Certification is an asset.
- OFA 2 Certification is an asset.
- Top Notch customer service skillset
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
- Prior supervisor experience in the security industry is required (1 year).
- Experience in working in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Mentor and coach a team of security professionals.
- Create high-quality, detailed incident reports.
- Ensure Site Specific Operating Procedures are up to date.
- Utilize verbal and physical de-escalation techniques.
- Exercise good judgment in dealing with emergency situations.
- Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager on escalated issues.
- Conduct CCTV surveillance and monitoring.
- Operate and manage building access control.
- Conduct audits as per client requests.
- Execute fire drills in a timely manner.
- Create shift summary reports for the manager's review.
- Assist third-party contractors with safety-related inquiries.
- Support RCMP and other police agencies with investigations.
- Assist with site scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest concerns.
- Issue and maintain parking enforcement records if required.
- Maintain a record of property trespassers and issue trespass notices as needed.

**Wage**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
