As this is an industrial/field work environment, physical demands are in consequence (work outside in all weather conditions, work at heights, etc ). Flexibility to work on different shifts will be needed to meet with operational requirements.

While interacting daily with co-workers, external suppliers/contractors and management, all activities will be performed in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as prescribed by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.

**We’ll look to you for**
- On-time resolution for incidents
- Closure of all Work Orders with accurate information and on time
- To work with the Rail System Team in case of emergency or extreme weather in order to maintain the line operation
- Support and supervision of external supplier representatives

**All about you**

**We value passion and attitude as much as experience**. Here what we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

- Experience as a track technician/knowledge of the rail environment desired
- EHS champion and field expert
- Ability to drive/operate machinery and heavy equipment
- Flexibility and availability to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
- Strong supporter of teamwork with good communication & computer skills

**Things you’ll enjoy in this role and working at ALSTOM**

- Enjoy stability throughout your journey with us as the rail industry is here to stay
- Grow and develop new skills through award-winning learning
- Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
- Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you
