**Your Role**:
- Receive, create and dispatch daily work order ticket (Store Connect) from all banners as described in the Service Level Agreement; Take all incoming calls for the maintenance department;
- Assess the severity levels indicated on all Store Connect Tickets and dispatch them accordingly in order to maintain and improve our service levels as stated in the Service Level Agreement;
- Generate / Submit purchase orders to vendors for materials and small equipment requested from all banners;
- Dispatch Gibraltar House Building Maintenance with daily service calls as required;\
- Provide Support to Facilities Maintenance Team Members; upload crucial documents, photos, and itineraries in Store Connect Tickets to ensure information is maintained;
- Book flights and accommodations as required; and,
- Office environment work in an open office format (cubicles). Opportunity for travel.
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role required;
- Previous Experience working in Facility Maintenance an asset;
- Minimum of 1 year of Post-Secondary Education preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
- Experience with Asset Management System Applications an asset;
- Experience in Customer Service required;
- Experience working in a fast paced environment required;
- Must be highly motivated, with proven Organizational, Planning and Prioritizing skills;
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills required;
