Live in Caregiver

**We are currently looking for 2-3 live in Caregivers to support a employer with Spinal Muscular Atrophy with personal care and some activities of daily living.**

**The employer is very optimistic and has a good sense of humor. He enjoys watching TV, playing video games, working on his computer during the day and is an animal lover.**

**He also likes to attend social events and activities close to home, but has a travel bug, and likes to explore. There could be opportunity to travel with him with some expenses covered.**

**He has a great sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh, if you do too this may be the position for you.**

**Available Shifts**:

- Thursday-Sunday, 24 hours shifts
- Weekdays 8 am start
- Weekends 9 am start

**Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to**:

- Personal care including, showering, dressing, personal hygiene and feeding.
- Sling transfer and Physical transfer required
- Assisting with nightly routine such as getting into bed, and occasional help needed to turn the employer.

**Required Qualifications**:

- First Aid training is an asset or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working in an environment with cats and dogs required
- Class 5 drivers license required

Pay: $290.00 per day

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
