**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to conceptualize and produce original Punjabi songs.
- Oversee all aspects of music production, including composing, arranging, recording, mixing, and mastering.
- Manage studio sessions, ensuring that all elements of the music production process are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, session musicians, sound engineers, and other industry professionals.
- Stay current with trends in the Punjabi music industry to ensure our productions are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to artists and musicians throughout the production process.
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to strategize release plans and promotional activities for new music.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a music producer, specifically in the Punjabi music industry.
- Strong knowledge of Punjabi music genres, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency with music production software and equipment (e.g., Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live).
- Excellent musical skills, including composition, arrangement, and sound design.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A network of contacts within the Punjabi music industry is a plus.
