**Position Overview**: As a Dispatcher at Park Landscaping, you will be crucial in coordinating and optimizing the delivery of materials and services. This seasonal position involves dispatching trucks and subcontractors, handling sales calls, managing sales orders, invoicing, purchasing, and supporting the sales accounts administrator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently dispatch trucks and subcontractors to meet internal and external delivery requirements.
- Assist with sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information on available products and services.
- Manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle invoicing processes, keeping track of completed deliveries and services.
- Assist with purchasing tasks, including coordinating with suppliers and maintaining inventory records.
- Collaborate with the sales accounts administrator to support various administrative functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service Orientation
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

**Salary**:$20 - $24 per hour**.**
