**What you will get to do**:

- Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
- Enter and maintain all bookkeeping entries, invoices, receipts, payments and inventory records.
- Maintain filing, database system, and inventories.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies and report when there are shortages.
- Purchase office and hatchery supplies.
- Enter and maintain the OBHECC traceability file, and enter data for the Fleming Division.
- Initiate and maintain personnel records.
- Familiar with computer programs and reports to enable above.
- Any other responsibilities as required.

**Your education & experience matters to us**:

- High School Diploma required
- Experience in bookkeeping and general accounting preferred.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, and all other workplace H&S regulations
- MS Office computer skills required

**Culture & work environment**:

- This position is an office based role which could include entering the hatchery from time to time.

**Shift**:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
